Real World Simulation
Day 1 & Day 2 of the St Prex ElevateHER saw the delegation split into 5 separate teams, tasked with Dragon’s Den Style challenges of pitching to a team of student’s about real-world case study issues that forced each member to quickly adapt, communicate and consult with one another on strategies to achieve successful outcomes.
The team of students posing as different stakeholder representatives of within a football club were tasked with questioning and challenging each team’s decision, their processes all in the aim of learning in a real life case study about some of the real challenges facing the women’s game.
